Ingredient : 460g water (see note below). 200g castor sugar. 100g cooking oil. 500g self-raising flour. 2 tsp Clabber girl DABP. Method: 1. Mix water and sugar and stir till sugar dissolved. Add in cooking oil. 2. Sieve flour with baking powder (Clabber girl DABP). 3. Add (2) into wet ingredients. Stir well until smooth. 4. Pour into cups. 5. Steam on high heat for 20 minutes. Note: If you like pandan flavour, pound some pandan leaves and squeeze out the juice. The 460g water mentioned above is inclusive of the pandan juice.
