Ingredients: 4 Bongkorng (lobster) 1 spoon fish sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2 cups of water 1/2 cup of straw mushroom 1 stalk of lemon grass a few kaffir lime leaves 5 cloves garlic 3 stalks green onion cut in 3cm length 1/2 lime khmer basils Preparation: 1/ Boil two cups of water, add lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, let it boil a few minutes 2/ Add salt, fish sauce, sugar, and mushrooms. 3/ Add the lobster, let it boil just enough to cook lobster, so to keep the freshness of lobster meat taste. Leaving it boiling too long would worsen the taste. 4/ Place the soup in the bowl, top it with green onion, lime juice, khmer basils, chili, and serve. ~Chanbo Keo~
