Injury = Negativity Experienced my first thoughts of self doubt yesterday after finishing my long run with a possible slight groin strain (which I think is a carry over from my beach run). Very early into my training and the run is still a long way off, but was thinking "have I bitten off too much, too soon?" "Should I cut back to the 50km?" Feeling better today, just need to keep moving forward towards the main goal.
