Inmate back in custody Sioux Falls, S.D.- A state prison inmate who walked away from a minimum-security unit in Sioux Falls last week is back in custody. Inmate Skyler Culp was arrested overnight in Des Moines, IA. He is currently being held in the Polk County Jail. He walked away from Unit C, the minimum-security unit of the Jameson Annex to the South Dakota State Penitentiary, Jan. 15. At the time of the walkaway, Culp was serving two concurrent 10-year sentences with 8-years suspended on each sentence for grand theft conviction in Yankton County.
