Inner thigh problems?! ☺️ Not anymore! Were working both our inner & outer thigh area (aka adductors & abductors) this morning with some weight-less moves. Yeehaw! Get on the floor and follow me! Make sure you concentrate on contracting the target muscle with each movement--everything should be slow and controlled. Move 1: Laterally raise your straight leg to the ceiling & control it down. Move 2 : Squeeze a medicine ball as tight as you can between your feet as your lift your legs off the floor. Move 3 : Point your toe as you lift your thigh, then flex your foot toward your shin as you lower it to the ground. Move 4 : Pulse your lower leg up and down in a controlled manner while blowing kisses into the air. We are doing 3 sets 20 reps of each exercise on each side! .
