Inside Sales Account Manager Job Apply now Date: Nov 12, 2013 Location: Norcross, GA, US Req#146321BR Position Title Inside Sales Account Manager Position Summary Responsible via outbound calling for retaining business through mining and growing accounts with a wireless subscriber base within the business and/or state and local public sector account space. Sells, services, and grows the subscriber base based on geographic/vertical characteristics as defined by management. Through solutions based selling and account management, analyzes customer needs, identifies and customizes wireless/voice/data products and services to maintain and grow accounts. Increases a revenue generating sales pipeline, which consists of active accounts. Works within a team environment and partners with the solutions sales support team to develop account strategy and close business. Is accountable for a high volume of customer calls and maintenance of assigned accounts to achieve all quota metrics.
