Inside Sales Trainee OnCore USA - Huntsville, AL CLIENT is seeking a professional highly motivated individual to join their sales team. Specific Responsibilities: Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or a related field who are looking to get their foot in the door with a company in which they can grow and advance in, are encouraged to apply. Under the general direction of our Sales Team, the Sales Associate will learn the basics of our business, our processes, and procedures; building capabilities to prepare for a position in sales. The selected individual will participate in a mentoring and personal development program to ensure career growth and development. This is an entry level position. Objectives during the Sales Trainee program Develop an understanding of values and Organizational Strategic Agenda; understanding business unit objectives and set and accomplish individual performance objectives. Develop an understanding of the Customer First Culture and professional sales process. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of CLIENT’s products through on-the-job training. Learn to identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers. Learn to improve profitability, product penetration, and product mix with all customers. Learn to develop sale solutions and competitive pricing strategies. Communicate value propositions to customer. Propose sales solutions to customers and reevaluate solution where necessary. Learn to close sales opportunities by gaining purchase orders and executing all order fulfillment procedure. Provide excellent customer service and facilitate long-term relationships for repeat business. Learn the responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Positions. Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Business Management/Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. Must be open to regular travel and be willing to relocate at the conclusion of the trainee program. Must have a Driver’s license and state mandated auto insurance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in terms of being clear, concise, and professional. Ability to quickly adapt communications in a variety of settings to meet the unique needs of multiple audiences. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with little to no oversight Required experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong accountability and follow-through skills. This is an entry-level position; however previous experience in a co-op program, internship, or other experience is preferred.
