Position Summary Overview The inside Sales/Support Representative will be responsible for answering product and usability questions from customers considering a purchase, and for helping support customers who have questions or issues after the purchase. Our top talent requirements: smart, articulate, empathetic, and refined follow up skills. We are looking for someone with the drive and assertiveness to approach other team members of the organization to assist in getting the customer’s issue resolved and is eager to pick up the phone to attack the next challenge. Position Responsibilities • Become a subject matter expert on the capabilities, uses, installation and troubleshooting of our indoor coverage solutions • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner by determining customer requirements and expectations. • Document all sales and or support activities in company CRM database. • Manage time effectively, meet sales goals and work effectively with team • Present a professional image at all times • Assist with the development of new training materials, marketing brochures and other product collateral Position Requirements • BA or BS Degree • 2-5 years of experience in mobile telephony or similar industry • Strong knowledge of the selling process, including ability to articulate and influence • Possible travel to Tradeshows and potentially flexible work shifts Skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proven leadership with high energy and determination, detail oriented, and positive attitude • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Able to quickly comprehend features of our products and relate them to specific needs of each customer.
