Inside on a cold night bonding with our new baby girl :). When night falls ...the nocturnal kinkajous awake! A relative of the raccoon, native to the canopies of South American tropical forests, they are specially adapted to life high in the trees with a prehensile tail for added agility & safety. With a tongue nearly a third the length of their body, watch out when they are near your ears nose or mouth ;)
