"Insider Lending has been taking its toll on banking sector. Officials of most of FIs have been found involved in the malpractices of Insider Trading." This scenario really sought for the changes in the Act governing the finacial sector and public company and making the Act more robust. The stricter Act demanding to furnish the details of Officials coming into the bracket would be able to work as a strong deterrent to prevent the monstrous involvement of those officials and act of risking the money of general public.
