PRESIDENT & COMMANDER IN CHIEF - Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta (Kikuyu) CHIEF OF GENERAL STAFF, CDF - Julius Waweru Karangi (Kikuyu) DIRECTOR, NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE SERVICE - Michael Gichangi (Kikuyu) DIRECTOR, CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT - Francis Ndegwa Muhoro (Kikuyu) With everything at their disposal from the presidency to their native language, Kikuyu, you mean these four people can not meet, discuss in their mother tongue and come up with practical solutions to security problems facing Kenya?
