Inspirational article for sure. I teach what I call Loving Leadership - a very similar approach. The focus is on the energy of the parent and that energy has its foundation in what you, as a mom, is focusing on in the moment. Is your focus on love, empathy and understanding or is it on fear of loss of control, frustration and stress and need to be the authority? Both of these approaches will make your child comply but what are the effects on the child and how does your approach contribute to harmony and unity in your home? What do you think?
