This is my puppyshipping one shot story: Chasing Flames Let me put it in words your pathetic brain will understand. You are a waste of my time. Your sick and twisted games are just that! You arent just some stray mutt, youre a broken one. Stay the hell away from me and my company or Ill find someone to make sure you do! Seto snapped tossing Jounouchi off his front steps out into the frigid rain. Talk about a rude wake up call, would ya? Jounouchi snapped shaking the mud from his blonde hair as he sprang to his feet. Where tha hell is this coming from anyways? Coming from? Seto scowled crossing his arms as he narrowed his gaze with fierce accusations. You went from being unbearable, to tolerable to a trickster on my back. I have no time for people who arent interested in keeping a solid agreement. Even if you do manage to straighten out, dont bother coming back, because my life is off limits to you, like it always should have been! Youve gone mad. This is nothin like ya, Kaiba. I know you have issues not having control, but ya want to talk about wasting time? Lets talk. Ive done nothing but been patient with ya. I know youve been insecure about even wanting to admit youre gay, but Im not letting you take me down with your insecurities. Im not the one who needs a change! Jounouchi countered fiercely as he pointed at Seto. You make me sick. You have five minutes to get off my property before security disposes of you. Seto snarled slamming the front door. Staring up at the door, fear radiated in Jounouchis eyes. All the time and effort he put into attempting to break through only resulted in his own games being turned on him. Lifting his head when he heard footsteps, he bolted out of the place and started down the street. With a sigh, he slowed to a walk keeping his head down as he pulled his jacket around him, tightly. He was actually missing the cold-hearted business tycoon. He dropped his head in his hands as he leaned against a wall. The rain cascaded down on him like the shame that was weighing him down. Maybe it really was too late. Every few steps forward felt like one step back. No matter what he seemed to do for the rich prat, he always seemed to remain mad. Shaking his head, he tried to clear the thoughts from his mind. Everything about the situation was making him sick. No, he was done. The only thing he wanted to do was get as far away from this place as he could tonight. Springing off the wall, Jounouchi took off down the street at a run. It seemed like nothing he did was helping push the thoughts from his mind or his heart. Bright lights and a loud horn rang in his ears as he looked up in time to see a car only inches away from him. Before he could even try to react, someone body slammed him out of the way. With a groan, Jounouchi slowly stood up and brushed himself off. What tha hell? I guess I owe ya a thanks. Jounouchi sighed staring at the stranger who had his back to him. What were you thinking, you stupid dog? The man in a black trench coat muttered turning to face him. S-seto. Jounouchi breathed, showing more relief than he wanted to. I knew youd be getting into trouble out here. Seto sighed approaching the blonde man, who was trembling still, with caution. You arent one to care. Jounouchi shrugged looking away as he tried to fight back tears. No more lying, Jounouchi. No more lying from either of us. Seto said turning the mans face towards him. I know what I did was unforgivable, but I was just upset. I know its too late, but at least I can say a proper goodbye. Too late? Jounouchi questioned grabbing both of Setos hands in his own. I just wanted to find a safe distance to wait for ya. You annoy the hell outta me, but that doesnt mean I dont care. That doesnt mean I never cared. I say this in confidence, Seto said glancing around nervously. Theres no one but us out here rich boy. Its safe to talk openly. Im not going to make you loose your precious reputation in public. Jounouchi said rolling his eyes. I just.... Seto crossed his arms shaking his head, unable to bring himself to say the words. Dont try. Jounouchi said holding up his hand. Its painful to watch. Can we just go back, together? Yeah. Seto nodded before sharpening his gaze. Lets make it fast. Id rather not be seen. I know. Jounouchi smirked happy to see Seto fade back into his standard annoying self. By the way, Seto? What? Seto asked turning to walk away. I love you too. Jounouchi chuckled walking past him with a wink. Rolling his eyes, Seto took off after him, hiding his own smile. He vowed that he would watch his outbursts if he could get Jounouchi to agree to keep their relationship under wraps for the time being. When he felt the blonde latch onto his arm, he smiled instead of shrugging him off. Maybe, just for tonight, he would let go.
