Installment 4! Fourkast 2004. This one is the Justin/Allan/Lon show. I first met Justin Dale at the Colorado Shred Symposium 4 in Fort Collins Colorado. He was rocking the super long hair if I remember correctly. He was super determined, at the time I was about to leave Boulder for Portland so we chatted about getting sessions going. Once in the NW we kicked with the Seattle crew quite a bit, at that point Justin had taken over the group and was doing a great job promoting. He really instilled the idea of aggressive training/mindset in his players. Justin really brought the thunder and Ricky the lightning lol. Dale was one of the best players in the country at the time, there was a lot a nasty stuff he hit I wish I would have recorded. In a certain way I tried to capture a bit of the psychology of his game in the video. For Allan/Lon, well, those guys sweat style, literally lol. Their game really speaks for itself.
