.Instead of you sitting there watching rubbish on tv , get of your seat and CHALLENGE YOURSELF !! WITH THIS QUICK FAT BURNING "MAGIC 10"WORKOUT !!! TRAIN SMART :Before you start the work out ,warm up by doing a 1 minute light jogging / high knee jogging /skipping Lexxy K -MAGIC 10 workout !!! 10 BUrpees( chest, arms, front deltoids, thighs, hamstrings, and abs) 10 jumpng Jacks 10 squats (Glutes, quads, calves, abs) 10 sit ups(abs) 10 walking lunges(10 reps each leg )(Glutes, quads, calves, abs) 10 press ups (Shoulders, chest, triceps, abs) 10 High Knees (butt and core muscles ) 10sec mountain climbers(Abs, glutes, quads, hamstrings) Perform this set and rest for 30SEC .No rest between exercises...if you are really struggling take a deep breathe and only allow a 5 sec TO CATCH YOUR BREATH . Perform a second set. Do this whole sequence 5 times (BEGINNER) 10 TIMES ( IF YOU KNOW U GOT IT ) LET ME KNOW HOW YOU GOT ON :))) If you are not sure about the exercises feel free to ask and i will explain how to do them :)
