Instinct, such a valuable commodity but one of the most challenging to understand and have confidence in. How do you learn to trust your instinct? For me it’s about what I’m feeling, my heart so often gives me a warmth or lightness. Other times it’s more about an inner knowing. Now I’m asking myself how I began to trust my instinct and I’m realising it began by me learning to understand my feelings and especially within my body and my heart. They were my queues to what was right and wrong for me in relation to situations. That was my beginning, validating those feeling, knowing they were my truth. It was about listening to those queues.
