Institutions we had in south Sudan, some of our people they dont understand the end of this war. This war is going to be different from beginning, some houses are going to close down. My appeal is going to Riek Machar you can not continue the war doesnt had mean to your people or helps. Our people should known education can not make changed to someone when you dont had clearly mind. PHD of Riek Machar got empty mind can not help populations of south sudanese, just demands them from better to bad. Education need clear mind and thinking.
