Instructions to establish Literacy Cell In Educational Directorate. We need to work hard in education field : State Minister Usman Ibrahim Islamabad State Minister CADD Barrister Usman Ibrahim has instructed to establish literacy cell in FDE to highlight the importance and to promote literacy. This is our first responsibility to glorish Pakistan, He added while addressing in G6-3 Islamabad at Boys College on the occasion of International Literacy Day. State Minister told that we are far behind from developed countries, We need to work hard in field of education. Current government has focused education in its manifesto and we will also enhance the financial budget to highlight the importance of it. State Minister told that their government had also focused on education and also presented the vision 2015 in its last age but due to time limit of government existence we could not fulfill the dream of 100% literacy. Our government is strongly committed for the 100% literacy rate.
