Instructors/professors: Id appreciate feedback about your attendance/late-work policies, particularly with a so-many strikes/amnesty kind of system. I currently dont grade late work (it gets a zero) and allow for 2-3 unexcused absences with a 1 then 2% deduction from the course grade for each subsequent absence but am considering something thats both rigorous and flexible. What you do/have tried would be very useful to know. Thank you!
