Integrity of State’s three regions dearer to N C: Slathia Castigates opposition for playing divisive politics Jammu, August 3:- Maintaining that safeguarding states” integrity and unity was prime concern of N C, the senior Vice president and former cabinet Minister, Mr S S Slathia today criticized opposition for encouraging Nefarious designs to divide the state on regional and religion basis. Addressing public gatherings after inaugurating a Panchayat Ghar in Kotli and two link roads in Patla and Butchri in Vijaypur Constituency today, Mr Slathia said that States integrity is most dearer to N C and nobody will be allowed to tamper with its present entity. He said N C will at all costs safeguard unity of all the three regions of the State adding that Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh cannot be divided on the basis of regional or religion basis. He said State s unity in diversity is the hallmark of our of rich traditions of communal harmony and brotherhood. He said it was due to these shining principals that Mahatma Gandhi saw a ray of light in J&K when the whole Sub-Continent was burning in the flames of communal Frenzy and violence. He said Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh are a single entity despite having varied and distinct t Characteristics and it will continue to remain as such forever.”N C will fight with all elements inimical to state’s unity and integrity.
