Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines President Ambo Gancayco , officers and members were highly impressed with MTRCB Chairman Toto Villareal - guest speaker of IPAP for their Intellectual Property Law Lecture Series for Intellectual Property Law Practitioners held last Thursday, April 24. Chairman Villareal is a very knowledgeable and animated speaker. It was my honor and pleasure to have been given the chance to introduce him before his awesome talk.
