Intelligence tests: designed for a fixed societal type of intelligence by less intelligent people who are using results to make their insufferably bland and standard perception of intelligence more elite. Another thing I find ridiculous is that these tests are basically judging somebody elses way of thinking and perceiving with a completely different kind of instituted intelligence conceived under a mandated norm. Lets be honest, there are so many different kinds of intelligence and ways of thinking. I refuse to believe that there is only one type of higher intelligence, or that there are certain groups of people who all share the same exact level of smart or high IQ. These kinds of tests only feel like a way to further segregate us. Why not allow people to make an effort to understand each others minds and make one another more wise? I would much rather be a part of this than suck the left nut of a man-made construct known as a persons IQ, calculated by a test which basically only caters to the test taker and doesnt even reflect my abilities as a human being or thinker. No IQ or intelligence test should ever be a measure of somebodys true individual intelligence and unique abilities. If you have read this far, keep in mind that I do not wish to get into an argument with you, and I am most certainly not making an attempt to fish for positive commentary. Just dont judge me or label me as less capable of thinking critically than you are only because of your inability to understand how I perceive the world.
