Inter-Departmental Commission on Investments (ICI) The Inter-Departmental Commission on Investments For the purposes of application of clauses concerning incentives provided for by this Code, an Inter-Departmental Commission on Investments (ICI) is created. The Inter-Departmental Commission on Investments includes senior technical staff and is constituted as follows: • Two (2) representatives from the Ministry responsible for the Economy and Finances; • One (1) representative from the Ministry responsible for Commerce and Industry; • One (1) representative from the Ministry responsible for Tourism; • One (1) representative from the Ministry concerned, according to the sector and the investor targeted.
