Inter-Link Cornwall Cornwall VSF are currently hosting a research project to map activity in the sector and find out about your training and support needs and they really need your help. This is the BIG ONE so please take the time to contribute. As an added incentive they are offering 4 prizes of £25 vouchers drawn at random from all responses received by Wednesday 6th November – so what are you waiting for? They know that you are busy but taking a few minutes to respond to their surveys really does make a difference. Cornwall VSF exists to represent your views and make sure that the vital work of the sector is recognised and supported. They can only do this effectively if they know what you think and need. The results will help them to get a true picture of just how much amazing work you are doing in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and will contribute to the development of two strategies which will help to ensure that you get the support you need and access to European funding up to 2020. Don’t worry if you can’t answer all of the questions – for example details of paid staff. They know that lots of you rely on volunteers and don’t have much money but this makes it even more important for them to find out what you think! They know what the big guys think as they meet them regularly but there are so many small groups – estimated over 4,500 – that they can’t get round to all of you so they have to rely on online surveys to get a true picture.
