The Ideal Candidate: • Has excellent customer service and client interaction skills • Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills • Is able to work well independently with little to no supervision • Great phone etiquette • Organizational skills • Has the utmost attention to detail in all activities • Is able to work well under pressure and in high stress, customer-demanding situations Job Description: This Inside Sales role will allow the successful candidate to assist with the sales cycle from an inside perspective. Working in the office with the Outside Sales team, it will be your goal to ensure all sales orders are entered correctly and product is ordered in a timely fashion to deliver to a great base of clientele. Providing top notch customer service to newly minted and existing clientele as well as your sales colleagues will be your #1 goal! Responsibilities: • Completion of client orders via multiple sales channels • Creating work orders and permits for specific projects • Coordination of all projects with internal warehouse staff • Sales quotations to new and existing customers • Purchasing of all required product for projects and full PO responsibility for your product orders from issuing of the PO to completion and payment of the PO while ensuring that all existing/left-over product is used before ordering more • Work with Outside Sales and Administration to deal with RFQ’s and purchase orders • Client invoicing • Receiving of inventory and communication of all related costs • Keeping consistent inventory levels • Work with other internal staff to ensure all internal employees are up to speed on client information • Data entry of client information and everything regarding the sales cycle Requirements: • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Minimum high school diploma • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Inside Sales for heavy industrial equipment or previous work with a client base that included knowledge of our clients product TO APPLY EMAIL YOUR RESUME TO: [email protected]
