Interested in connecting with Wake Forest students? Wake Forest University’s Center for Global Programs and Studies is looking for people interested in incorporating our international students into their family activities based on both your and the students availability and interests. Activities could be as simple as including him/her in an occasional family dinner or delivering some goodies to campus during midterms or finals. You might invite your student to join you for a hike to Hanging Rock or for the weekend in the mountains. Some families even open their homes to students over the Thanksgiving, Winter or Spring breaks knowing that traveling home may be financially impossible. Whatever the activity, the most important part is interacting with your student so as to enhance their experience at Wake Forest. The deadline to submit an application is Tuesday, August 12.
