Interesting Call Today... I just had a call with a friend that was talking about how last November and December were their BIGGEST two months of their year in terms of PERSONAL / FINANCIAL success. My response was, you need to make that your message the last part of 2014 to all of your sales reps! Yes, while 90% of those around us ONLY think about winding down, taking it easy, having a cocktail..or whatever....the reality is successful people push themselves harder in these times...because they are smart enough to realize this is the time people are looking for an opportunity (or a break) that could help relieve financial stress from all the expenses coming. I choose...to work harder and make my efforts PAY for the expenses coming! So, how many people do you think are stressing over finances?? Almost everyone around you! Set the pace by having your written goals the most aggressive ever in your calendars for November and December.
