Interesting. Im grateful to see so many western states on the least corrupt list and I am proud of my home state of Utah. One of the positive things of my birth faith and culture is that I feel the bulk of the population has a strong moral compass when it comes to things like integrity and respect for property rights. There is a small but powerful subset of charlatans and hucksters that sometimes defraud the population in the private sector as many Utahns are also by nature very trusting and vulnerable. But most people play by the rules and take protocol and procedure very seriously.
