Interesting court hearing today for an alleged speeding offence issued to the name Mike Watson, the man that owned this name before his parents registered it by birth certificate it to the state, appeared in court as the chairman or agent for the corporation MR MICHAEL SYDNEY WATSON, but never representing that name in court. I, along with 3 other witnesses were there to support Mike and we had an hour an half wait before we were called into the star chamber in which the ussher referred to Mike as "The man with no name". and we were told to switch of all mobile phones and not to use any recording equipment.....errmmm WHY? Mike asked the name of all those that were complicite to the proceedings, the chairman for the proceedings told Mike they dont need to give their names, but he did get 5 names, however a couple of them appeared reluctant to clearly state their names and when asked to repeat or spell it, they didn;t respond, only one refused to give her name and being guided by the legal advisor who was communicating with her by head and eye movements. Mike asked the lady if she had anything to hide and she didn;t respond. Mike told the court that he remains under a common law jurisdiction and not under their maritime statue law jurisdiction. They tried to get him to plead guilty to a supposed speeding offence, and refusal to give the name of the driver, he stated there was no case to plead, he knows there is no obligation to give these details to the Corporation Bicester Magistrates Court, or to the Corporation Thames Valley Police without a common law contract. The end result was that the court are taking it to a trial in which Mike supposedly will be able to state his non existant case.
