Interesting day yesterday....bought a new recliner for the Hubby....guess what the color be called.....???? Drummmmmm roll: Dillard Espresso....yes even our furniture has a Coffee Ring To It..LOL Then were minding our own business fillling the Exporer at Caseys when the lady at the next pump asks if wed like to go to the Library and listen to good Celtic music ........wine and cheese included... starts in 10 minutes. Hmmm Ive got some relaxing time coming , so yah.... Get there , it is awesome music.....refreshements are great.....this person Jerry Barlow...worked in humor while adjusting his guitar strings....loved it... We gave him an ovational clapping at the end .....so he played another set of three songs.....one being from his Christmas CD.....Silent Night the (Celtic way)humorously stating that he wrote the original song...not old enough, but little did he know that my married into the Teten family(Aunt) was a Great great great niece/cousin/or granddaughter of Franz Gruber the actually songwriter of it. So I kidded him about Legality issues of the humorous side of his having written it He was so pleased , surprised that in the little ole Nebraska town ...there were relatives of said writer, composer, Franz Gruber. And in conversation he confirmed exactly what Aunt Elaine shard with us about how it was /when/why written.....Enjoyable evening....bought the Christmas CD....so yes....I been listening to Christmas music today.
