Interesting evening down at Virginia Beach Amphitheater. There was 7 times more litter and beer cans than at the other concerts. Then one of the guys that drive the golf carts around the Amphitheater gets hit by a golf cart. The golf cart stopped but accelerated again going a few feet on its own according to guy driving it. Paramedics, police, and fire engine came while we were leaving. I was standing only 70 feet away from where co worker was hit and then laying on ground. Some people said he may have not been hit but flipped over avoiding impact but hit the ground the wrong way. Hope hes ok.
