Interesting experience with buying a book online with New Horizon Media. I had ordered two books (1. Balu Mahendras screeenplays and 2. a short story collection) along with this. I got a call right back - person said the DVD along with the BM book is not available with them. What do I want to do? 1. Get the book alone? or 2. Cancel the entire book/DVD? or 3. cancel the whole order? Actually few weeks back another seller had sold me just the book. He didnt bother reminding about non-availability of DVD. Now I am stuck after reading the screenplays. Because I never expected the DVD - I am fine. I was never faulting the book-seller. But this gesture from NHM makes me think! :) Cool. Hats off NHM! Now thats exceptional customer service and integrity!
