Interesting for sure! The way I see it! too much of anything is never good. Kids shouldnt need and iPad. Technology is great, and sometimes Id play games with little ones on my iPad, but that wasnt their main source of entertainment. We played outside, walked around, made crafts, danced, etc. Balance is key, but taking into account that young minds need more environmental stimulation in order for their brains to develop? Thats an important factor to not forget. A game or movie once in a while isnt gonna ruin a kid, just like Mortal Combat and Beavis & Butthead didnt ruin me (well completely lol). Supervise and if you want your kid to play a learning game on an iPad, play it with them and supervise. Challenge them in other ways and after 20 minutes, give them something else to do, kids have tons of energy to burn ;)
