Interesting how quickly the media at large promoted this one small fragment as being the gospel truth while continuing to reject what the Bible actually says even though there is far more evidence to substantiate and collaborate the consistency of its message. In fact the New Testament is the most documented text coming from antiquity. We have more copies of the New Testament than we do any other book from that era... So perhaps those who created this forgery were counting on media bias in order to make this hoax gain momentum and attention. But like the Gnostics of old there attempt to undermine the gospel has been thwarted by outstanding scholarship. Truth wins in the end.
