Interesting observation – while holidaying in Niue we visited a friend at her high school and I noticed a couple of the students carrying around toddlers – I asked if that was because they were teenage mums but my friend replied no, theyre just their siblings and sometimes they just come to school with them and hang with them for the day while their Mums/Dads are busy and/or sick.
