Interesting perspective. Are we so caught up in polarized political bickering that we dont give credit where credit is due? Is the voting populous just as much to blame for the political gridlock as the politicians? The rebuttal to this can certainly be the rise in national debt but isnt congress just as responsible for any of this as the POTUS? The current President has accomplished quite a few of the goals he ran on and other candidates ran on in both 2008 and 2012. All that while taking on an international economic recession and the least productive congress in modern history. We elected him so shouldnt we give him (or any other politician) credit when he fulfills the goals that he ran on? Or are we too caught up in our own polarized mindset to do so? Food for thought. It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it. -Aristotle
