Interesting post from a group member Geraint Dawe 14 October at 01:38 What steps did you take to make sure you become HMP Free? For example I studied a degree with Open Univeristy in IT, students I met on the course we formed a network helping each other to study and find work (thank you David Avery). I also worked a lot for free building websites and small software apps for mobiles (nokias mainly). In work I volunteered to help out on IT systems such as LIDS, which all helped get enough experience on a otherwise blank IT based CV. What advice would you give to serving staff who wanted to get out? Especailly if they wanted to get in to your line of work.
