Interesting reactions. Personally I think the Ravens did the right thing but cutting him. And I think the Steelers did the wrong thing by keeping Roethlisberger this long. Banning Ray Rice for life seems a little extreme; the NFL has a bit of an image problem and this is partially a reaction to that. A team leader should have integrity and should be someone players and fans can look up to. If that is missing, a team can be true champions. Justice is not always proper when there are examples to be made. Unfortunately sometimes timing and the mood of the Court of Public Opinion are bigger factors.
