Interesting study, but the data necessary to come tot these conclusions already existed. Rates of sociopathology (percentage of the population with anti-social personality disorder) have been relatively constant in virtually every survey: about 2% of men and 1% of women are antisocial. As relates to those whose pathology is cultural rather than personal, of course, there are certainly distinctions to be made. But purely in terms of evolutionary genetics, it seems to me that society is best served by keeping the number of selfish, predatory persons to a small number.
