Interesting that a 70 percent levy pass could continue to reinstate ALL of these but mine, even supplemental contracts that are to be done out of work hours but are done during regular work hours in class :) should send it to ACLU as an addendum. David Ambrose, President presided. Aaron Close, John Rowland and Patricia Springer, Members, and David Banks, Superintendent were present. Member Laura Smith was absent. Present were: Administrators – Joan Willard, Assistant Superintendent; Nancy White, Treasurer; and Ann Bell, Payroll Supervisor. Director – Kristie Randall. Others – Vanessa Fox and Betsy Buser. Media – Kate Evans, Morgan Messenger. I. Call to Order President Ambrose called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. II. Pledge of Allegiance President Ambrose led those present in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. III. Roll Call All Board of Education members were present except Laura Smith. IV. Approval of Agenda and Addenda The board the Agenda and Addenda. V. Presentations A. Community Eligibility Program – Kristie Randall and Nancy White gave an update on the program which provides all students in Morgan County with free breakfast and lunch. VI. Reports/Communications A. President of the Board NOTE: Mr. Ambrose noted that the RESA Meeting scheduled on August 28 has been moved to Martinsburg. B. Board of Education Members NOTE: Mrs. Springer commented on the art performances given over the weekend and what a wonderful opportunity for our youth to showcase their talents. C. Superintendent NOTE: Superintendent Banks informed the board that Mr. David Sneed has been named the SBA Director. VII. Public Comments: None VIII. Consent Agenda (Action) The superintendent recommends approval of the following consent actions as presented: A.
