Interesting trend in Canada happening as we speak; people selling their homes, dumping high mortgages and going to the apparent stressless life of renting. I have several clients who have opted for renting over buying due to the uncertainty of future rates, and the idea we are at, or very close to a bursting bubble in the housing market. I would be interested to hear local thoughts on this, as we seem to be in our own bubble in Alberta.
