Interestingly my comments were very conveniently deleted from Gerrys Group Page. My comment did not contain any abusive language. It was a very logical rational about Mr. Arjumad and the organization. My comments carried lot of weight. Deleting my comments proves that MANAGEMENT OF GERRYS GAVE IN TO POLITICAL PRESSURE. and it is not as straightforward as it claims to be. Following is my comment which was deleted form Gerrys Group Page. Very Sorry to know that an organization like Gerrys would give in to political pressure. It is very easy to blame the employee, why was he asked to leave at this specific point, why not earlier or later. Organization have a system of seeing if the employee is performing as per KPIs set for that specific job. secondly nothing is verbal, if warned as per company statement then there must be letters issued, where are those letters. A person with average intelligence can see that this is not the case and he was asked to leave because of PIA flight incident. Even if we believe that Gerrys is right than i would like to salute the senior management for their vision and foresightedness. LOL.... By firing him at this moment they have put the equity, stature and name of GERRYs at stake........ who would like to work with Gerrys, knowing the management is a bunch of coconuts....LOL
