Job description We are currently recruiting German natives to work on behalf of a reputed European airline in their 24/7 Social Media servicing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated graduates to kick-start their career within tourism and Social Media while gaining international experience in an Indian MNC. The position would entail: • Providing German customer support to the customers’ service requests on social media platforms. • Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites/platforms. • Effectively resolve all customer queries coming from its customers worldwide. Profile needed • C2-Level or Master degree • Excellent writing skills in German (informal as well as formal language) • Ideally 1-2 years experience in customer service or customer/client facing environment (not a must) • Good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc, • Good technical understanding and will pick up new tools quickly • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships • Ideally some experience or interest within the travel & tourism industry (not a must) • Eye for detail, customer focused, adaptability to change and analytical ability Job Specification Location: Gurgaon, India (Delhi/NCR) Working hours: 45 per week Date of joining: As soon as possible Shifts: Social Media is a 24/7 environment. This means that the candidate should be able to work night shifts and weekends, too. One shift is 9 hours including 1 hour of lunch break. Team composition: 7 German speakers Department composition: The whole department counts 2 language teams (German & Japanese) composed of 7 Process Associates in each team, one Trainer & one Supervisor.
