Internal Sales Consultant Our client, a manufacturer of a comprehensive range of roll-formed steel products supplied to the commercial, industrial and domestic building sectors is currently seeking an Internal Sales Consultant Responsibilities: • Internal sales and customer service • Developing and maintaining customer relations • Providing quotes to customers • Sales administration such as data entry and order processing • Follow up opportunities in a timely manner • Adhoc duties when required Key Requirements: • Previous internal sales, customer service & administrative experience • Previous quoting experience • Interest in the steel industry • Experience within the steel distribution / manufacturing industry / building or construction industry is advantageous, but other similar industries will also be considered • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills • Passion for customer service – positive, energetic and a can-do attitude • Integrity and honesty • Strong self motivation and positive disposition • Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills • Experience in a similar role • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure • Self-motivation, energy and drive • Ability to listen to customers and offer solutions • Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Excellent mathematical and literacy skills Pay rate: $25.00 per hour For additional information please email resumes.wa@challengeltd
