International Workforce are currently looking for a Receptionist for our Gladstone office. You will be required to have a minimum of 2 years reception experience. Key Responsibilities •Attend to all calls to the switchboard in a professional manner •General office functions including filing, photocopying, taking/relaying phone messages •Providing excellent customer service, establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients •Support internal staff requirements •Ability to learn internal systems and follow policies and procedures •Ad hoc administration support for internal staff •Dealing with matters of a highly sensitive and confidential nature Skills & Experience •Previous experience in a similar position is essential •Technically savvy as you will need to use internal systems •Advanced skills in MS Word & MS Excel for administration support •Excellent communication skills both verbal and written •High standard of professional presentation at all times •Ability to commit to work hours from 8.30am to 5pm •Certificate in Business Administration would be desirable For further information, please contact 07 41522608 quoting reference number 2002106 Email: [email protected] or apply at internationalworkforce.au
