They are currently seeking an experienced solicitor to join their reputable team in London. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE and come from a solid corporate background. You are most likely to have trained at a leading national or city firm and will come from an excellent academic background. Alongside a general Corporate background you will have experience in some of the following areas: private and public M&A, private equity investments, secondaries, PIPE investments, financial services and asset management transactions, energy and infrastructure M&A and international cross border investments. You will be working with a variety of clients such as banks and financial institutions, private equity houses and investors and large companies. The work will be varied and challenging and will include advising on major transactions such as; mergers and acquisitions, taxation and regulatory issues, capital markets and the structuring of investment vehicles.
