Internees for Dunya Program:- I will need at least two Internees to work with our team. These can be from any discipline (Journalism, Media Studies, International Relations, Political Science and so on). What we are looking for are verbal and written skills and a deep interest in Pakistani politics, social issues and regional affairs. This means you are well spoken and confident and not shy at all, good ability to call important people on phone for inviting them into programs and for collecting information from various sources (reporters, govt departments, private businesses) and ability to quickly send well composed emails and text messages. And off-course desire to read newspapers and watch News Bulletins. Internees can get hands-on experience of interacting with reporters, News Room, IT teams, coordinating DSNG coverage, can learn basic online editing, making of montages, promos etc. And get Experience Certificates from Dunya News. Depending upon your performance, this can be a door opening for the role of an Asst. Producer. TV Channels are very miserly in paying internees; however we have created two Internships with Travel Allowance.
