Internet Problems in Nimbin Area??? Virgin, which uses Optus network have been very unreliable because of too much internet traffic. If you are having problems where you are getting drop outs, congestion and bottlenecks and not being able to send your emails, facebook information or access websites, then write them an Email. There is a contact us section and write to them. They have given me half a months refund!!! And we need more people to hit them with this so they upgrade the number of users that can use it at the same time. This is why RUDD wanted faster internet. So its there for use all the time for all of us at the same time, instead of having to wait till after midnight. If we dont complain, they will think everything is working fine. We have to tell them it is not. Especially since holidays, and Christmas presents that access the internet. We need our towers upgraded now!!!
