Internship: Human Resource Are you looking for an internship in a professional and inspiring environment, where you will gain insight into and be challenged by HR activities and processes? Systematic is going through an exciting phase where the organisation has a specific focus on performance, management training and efficiency. As a part of the HR function you will have influence on new initiatives supporting various commercial development needs. The internship will last 5-6 months from January/February to June depending on your study program and requirements for ECTS points. The position is paid. The job We are seeking a talented and engaged intern for our People & Culture department in Aarhus. As an HR intern your tasks will cover a wide range of HR practices, and you will get an opportunity to contribute to the development of organisational processes and HR tools. Examples of tasks will be: • Support in relation to HR-partner tasks • Recruitment assistance • Planning of competence- and organisational development activities • Participation in job fairs • Internal communication in relation to organisational development activities • Ad-hoc HR tasks Your skills and personality You are studying a relevant master degree within HR – cand.merc, cand.ling.merc, cand.psych or the like, and you have a great interest within HR. You are well-structured and capable of converting your ideas into practice. As a person you are extrovert, have a positive approach to work and are open to new tasks and challenges. You act proactively and have a high drive. The daily work in Systematic provides you with plenty of opportunities for solving tasks in cooperation with qualified colleagues. However, you are also able to work independently and plan your own workday, as freedom with responsibility is an important part of Systematics internal values.
