No Response Type of Position Part-time Number of hires: 1 Summary of Duties - Provide support and consultation with Institutional Research group to define requirements of what are needed (systems analysis and design background and interest) for tracking Institutional Research projects. - Have/gain familiarity with basic functions and make recommendations for available project management systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Project and/or Enterprise Project Server, to help IRI solve its project management needs. If needed, connect people to an enterprise project management program and support basic functionality. - Assist management in creating processes to utilize the software program. - Assist in the creation and updating of projects during initial implementation. - Have the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and product support. - Document the process for evaluation and recommendations. - Attend department meetings. - Implement initial employee training, and develop the first draft of training documentation. Minimum Qualifications Must be a current UVU student. 1. Student will have completed INFO 3430, Systems Analysis & Design. Student will also have completed, or currently be enrolled in, INFO 4430, Systems Design and Implementation. 2. Student will obtain one letter of recommendation from an instructor in the Information Systems & Technology department. 3. Student will obtain one letter of recommendation from the Information Systems & Technology department chair.
